The tiger muskellunge (Esox masquinongy Γ lucius or Esox lucius Γ masquinongy), commonly called tiger muskie, is a carnivorous fish, and is the usually-sterile, hybrid offspring of the true muskellunge (Esox masquinongy) and the northern pike (Esox lucius).
