Macroglossum pyrrhosticta (Maile Pilau hornworm or hummingbird hawk moth) is a species of Hawk moth of the family Sphingidae. It is found in Sri Lanka, eastern India, Nepal, Thailand, central and eastern China, South Korea, North Korea, Japan, the southern Russian Far East, Taiwan, the Philippines (Luzon), East Malaysia and Indonesia. It is an introduced species in Hawaii.
